Rachelle Guitián

“My main role in our company is to oversee and direct all of our marketing initiatives while simultaneously collaborating with our senior leadership team to bring the most beneficial services to our industry.” Says Guitian. “As a part of our Senior Leadership Team, we co-manage our administrative and operational efforts. I take our team’s vast technical knowledge and bring their ideas and passion to life.”

Outside of work, Rachelle is a mom and a wife who cherishes her family. She also has a spunky golden retriever named Chiqui. There is major competition for the biggest personality between her son and Chiqui. It’s a tight race! Rachelle mostly enjoys spending slow and high-quality moments with her family, wherever they choose to spontaneously adventure. “That’s why we work. To enjoy time with our family to the fullest. I hope that shines through across our organization’s ethos.” says Guitian.

Rachelle is also a graduate of The University of Connecticut and holds a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Business Administration.
