Chief Operating Officer and Co-Owner
Rachelle leads Smart Carrier as the Chief Operating Officer and a Co-Owner. In her role, Rachelle is responsible for creating and spurring brand recognition and managing our administrative and operational efforts. She is centered on driving the company mission of aiming to be the premier provider of telecom compliance management solutions, delivering value and peace of mind to Smart Carrier’s clients.
Guitian brings practical experience that delivers insights that have grown revenues and sales. She is a seasoned marketing professional with over 15 years of experience in industries ranging from professional and financial services to telecom technology. Since 2009, she has immersed herself in helping Smart Carrier grow from a small consulting company to what it is today.
Outside of work, Rachelle is a mom and a wife who cherishes her family. She also has a spunky golden retriever named Chiqui. There is major competition for the biggest personality between her son and Chiqui. It’s a tight race! Rachelle mostly enjoys spending slow and high-quality moments with her family, wherever they choose to spontaneously adventure. “That’s why we work. To enjoy time with our family to the fullest. Rachelle is also a graduate of The University of Connecticut and holds a BA in Communications with an emphasis in Business Administration.
